Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

• Standard Orders: All our products are lovingly made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Custom & Wholesale Orders: Custom and wholesale products require a bit more time to perfect. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Customers will receive an invoice for the return shipping label.

Refund Process:

• Returned items must be delivered back to us before a refund can be processed.

• Once the returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Scarlett Sky Brands does not cover return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
